"Hi, my name is Stefan and I am the founder of Atem-Kraft.  Not too long ago I was teaching Mathematics and Physics in school. I always found it quite sad how much energy I needed to use to teach the teens how to calculate intersections of functions and that on the other side nobody taught them how to regulate their nervous system with their breath to live a more stressless, happy and fulfilled life. The work with the breath changed my life completely and the knowledge about the power of breath is in my opinion basic knowledge for a life as human.

My goal ist therefore to spread breathwork as far as I can, so that many can benefit from the power of breath in the same way I did and still do"

My specialities:

Restaurative Breathwork

A stile of breathwork specifacally designed to relaxe the nervous system. Many of our daily problems have their roots in a dysregulated nervous system. Restaurative Breathwork helps to balance the nervous system. It is a great practice for Stress, Burnout, Anxiety and Any form of Depression.
Those Sessions are held in a lying position to help you to release and relaxe. 
 

Therapeutical

Breathwork

Also called shamanic breathwork, holotropic breathwork or rebirting, this method is very different to all the others.
Lying on your back you will use a special breathing technic (the conscious connected breath) to activate your nervous system and to reach a higher state of consciousness.
This technic changes the biochemestry in your body in a way that your "Inner Guide" in your brain slows down and repressed and unprocessed experiences, emotions and also traumas can rise on the surface for healing.
All happens in a safe space and under your control.
A method that can help you to initiate longterm changes and new steps in your life by building up a new mindset without anxiety, depression and blockages.

Functional 

Breathing

A whole system of breathing excercises that are especially designed to heal the body by optimizing the breathing pattern. As the breath is connected to all other body systems, e.g. the cardiocvascoular system or the nervous system, a functional breathing is the foundation of health!
By using the technics of functional breathing it is possible to heal asthma, depression, anxiety, high blodd pressure, problems with the hormon system and many more.
Those technics are even able to support people on healing from cancer and other strog deseases, as they help the body to heal itself.
 

Pranayama

(yogic Breathwork)

Pranayama is the yogic Breathwork.
Those practice is traditionally in a seated position and always ends in a meditation.
Pranayama is the right tool for you if you want to practice on your own on a regular base.
It is just perfect for a daily morning routine as it does not slow down the nervous system as much as restaurative Breathwork.
By doing it regulary you will reciece all the benefits of restaurative breathwork though and also the healing effects of meditation on your body, mind and soul.
